I know why you’re here. You want a calm and positive birth but have no idea where to start. That’s where I come in.
I’m Grace and I am passionate about advocating for women and all birthing people. If you are worried about giving birth to your baby, I can help you to find your voice and to feel confident in the journey you are about to go on providing antenatal, hypnobirthing and breastfeeding support.
I‘m here to help you smash it!
Congratulations on your pregnancy! Have you begun to think about what you want your birth to be like?
Don’t leave preparation for birth to the last minute - this matters! Invest in a Doula to empower you (and your partner!) in achieving the birth you want and to give your baby the very best start.
You will only find evidence based research and information in my online antenatal classes, including hypnobirthing tools, delivered on a 1:1 basis and tailored to your needs. We also deliver classes in person.
Have you already completed or started your antenatal classes elsewhere but feel you need some extra individualised support with your birth? Perhaps you are nervous about a certain aspect of birth, your antenatal care or breastfeeding support?
I offer 1:1 power planning sessions dedicated to preparing your birth plan. Just me, you, your birth partner and a tailored, meaningful discussion about what you want from your birth experience. I also offer virtual support packages leading up to your labour.
Are you looking for some extra support from a Doula now baby is earthside? I can help to answer those questions and uncertainty you might have, whether it is breastfeeding support related or purely wondering if this is normal! I can also be a much needed, listening ear.
I will always signpost and refer on if anything is out of my remit, so you can feel confident that you are in safe hands.
Many studies have shown that continuous care during pregnancy and birth is beneficial. But due to the overburdened nature of NHS services, this option is often not available to women and birthing people. Doulas can help fill this gap in the system by nurturing and holding the mother, supporting and empowering her to make her own decisions
Many studies have shown that continuous care during pregnancy and birth is beneficial. But due to the overburdened nature of NHS services, this option is often not available to women and birthing people. Doulas can help fill this gap in the system by nurturing and holding the mother, supporting and empowering her to make her own decisions about her care. This level of support has been proven to have numerous benefits for both the birthing person and baby, including a decreased likelihood of a caesarean delivery, less need for medical pain management, lower induction rates, lower infant mortality rates, better perinatal mental health, and improved breastfeeding rates.
But don’t just take my word for it!
Choosing someone to help you on your journey to your baby is a big decision. Find out if I’m your vibe with a free, no obligation discovery call.
