About me

I’m Grace and I provide antenatal classes, Hypnobirthing classes and doula services in Rayleigh, Southend, Leigh-on-Sea and the surrounding areas of Essex.

I am passionate about advocating for women and all birthing people. If you are worried about giving birth to your baby, I can help you to find your voice and to feel confident in the journey you are about to go on. You may have concerns over induction, or perhaps you would love to plan a home water birth but don’t know where to start. I have extensive knowledge and personal experience in these fields that I can use to support you. 

With two little ones of my own, with two very different births, I understand the importance of knowing your rights and being informed. No two births play out in the same way, but they can all be based on informed choice and consent. We all deserve to feel powerful and in control in our births, even when things don’t go according to plan - we’re badass bitches! My antenatal classes will empower you, too!

One of my other passions is infant feeding. I have been breastfeeding for almost 4 years now and it is now very much part of my brain chemistry! I‘m a qualified infant feeding specialist with extensive knowledge of breastfeeding, meaning I‘m best placed to help prepare you antenatally for feeding your baby, and can signpost you effectively once baby is earthside. If breastfeeding is something you are keen to do, but you don’t know where to start, I can help.
