I can help with that! I provide small group and private Hypnobirthing and antenatal classes and can do so in the comfort of your own home or virtually if preferred. After my signature 10 hour course, you’ll feel fully prepared for labour & birth, with evidence-based strategies for pain management and all of your questions answered. I teach this course over several sessions to ensure you have plenty of time to process the content and use my expertise to become comfortable and confident ahead of your birth and meeting your baby. I also provide a 3hour Hypnobirthing masterclass if you’d prefer a refresher.
